8 Days in Alaska - The Final Frontier. I’ve been all over the United States and nothing compares to Alaska; not even close. Only 13% of the entire state of Alaska is accessible by road. So to see more than just the stunning fiery-orange autumn highways, I booked several charters with flightseeing tour companies. America’s most epic state really comes alive from above. From the Alaska Range and the magnificent Denali, to the Gates of the Arctic National Park, to the Knik and the Matanuska Glacier, I saw more here in Alaska in 8 days than I could in weeks almost anywhere else. I’m already planning on a trip to return; Alaska has my heart.
