Canon USA approached me to collaborate on my next project, allowing me to pick any piece of gear they sell for my next adventure. It was perfect timing because I was headed out to Utah to film and photograph some of the local wildlife. Naturally I had to choose one of their incredible telephoto lenses and I settled on the Canon RF 100-300mm F2.8. In exchange, I was responsible for providing them with the video and imagery from the excursion for both the Canon website and content for social media. Over the next 7 days, I hustled all over the area surrounding Salt Lake City looking for Elk, Bison, and Bald Eagles, and the 100-300 absolutely delivered.
