EPIC EXPEDITIONS / PAKISTAN

I partnered with Epic Expeditions to document and promote their trek to K2 Base Camp in Pakistan, a journey to the foot of the world’s second tallest peak and the crown jewel of the Karakoram Mountains. Unlike more common routes in the Himalayas, this 140-mile, 15-day expedition ventures far off the beaten track, deep into one of the most remote and rugged regions on Earth.

The trek demanded everything—endless miles of rocky terrain, extreme altitude, and the constant challenge of carrying gear in an unforgiving environment. It was by far the most strenuous shoot I’ve ever taken on, but also the most rewarding. Every frame reflects the raw scale and power of this landscape, a place that feels untouched and almost otherworldly.

This series captures more than a trek; it tells the story of endurance, discovery, and the pursuit of adventure in one of the most dramatic mountain ranges in the world. It stands as proof that there is no place too far, too difficult, or too remote when the chance to document something extraordinary arises.
